Method
Break the chocolate into pieces.
Warm the milk over low heat without letting it boil.
Add the chocolate and sugar, then whisk until smooth.
Simmer for one minute, add the sea salt and serve at once.
Tips
Pour un goût plus intense, réduisez le lait de 100 ml et ajoutez la même quantité de crème.
